System tuning
We will provide tuning for any system that is currently underperforming based on established service level agreements.  The objective of tuning will be to meet service level agreements with existing resources when that is possible. 
Application tuning
We will provide tuning of any underperforming application.  The engagement will result in recommendations for application changes to improve performance.  The responsibility for implementing those changes will be with the customer.
